Here are the answers to the most commonly asked question from new customers.  If you can’t find your answer here, or if you need more detailed information regarding any of our products, please contact us at info@fifthwallrugs.com at any time! 

 

How do I get started…what information do you need? 

If you see a style of mat you are interested in, just let us know.  If you are unsure which mat would best suit your needs, we are more than happy to assist you with your selection based on your needs.  Our main objective is to make sure our customers are satisfied and can make informed decisions.  We pride ourselves with supplying our customers with the information they need to make informed decisions, and quality products that meet or exceed your expectations.   To do so, it is important that you supply us with as much information as possible.  Without it, your quote may be delayed until we can contact you for any missing information needed. 

Please include the following information in your initial request for quote: 

  1. Size of rug or mat desired.

  1. The intended use and placement  

a.      Intended Placement…..(ie: entryway, inside lobby, or outdoors)

b.      Traffic expected…..(ie: light, moderate, or heavy use)

c.      Weather elements (if applicable) the mats will be subject to….(including salt,    snow/slush or any other conditions you feel we need to know about.)  Where are    you located (ie: what part of the country?) 

  1. Mat base color desired.  If you have found a particular mat which interests you, please note the color selections that are available for that particular style.  If you are not sure which style would best suit your needs, we will be happy to help you in your selection.  If you prefer, we can also suggest a base color which would compliment your logo.

  1. We will need you to email us an attachment of your logo.  The attachment should be a high quality jpeg, psd, eps, ai, or pdf,  of at least 300 dpi and 3” in diameter.  The better the quality of your image, the better the quality of your proof will be.  If you have any troubles, please email us for help.


How do I get a quote?
 

Just email us with the information above, or use our convenient "Request for Quote form on our website, and we will email your quote within 48 hours.  (most often it’s the same business day)!  Please note that custom sizes, shapes, and inlaid rugs may take a day or two longer to receive your quote. 

How do I pay for my order? 

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.  For orders over $1,000.00 we will accept net 10 payment via company check with approved credit.

Where can I find the available colors for each mat?

All available colors for each mat are listed on the individual mat pages. Pantone colors are available for an additional charge if you need a specific color. There is no charge for pantone colors on inlaid, hand-carved rugs. Please email us for details. 

Where can I find your pricing information on the website? 

Because all custom logo mats are unique, it is impossible to list prices on our site without first seeing your logo design and knowing your requirements.  Pricing is not only based on size,  but also on other factors.  Some mats may include the number of colors in your logo as a factor in pricing while others don’t.  Custom shapes and sizes, or the number of pieces in inlaid mats will affect pricing also, as well as type of edging or backing chosen.  Because we carry such a wide variety of logo mat products and offer very personalized service, it would be impossible for us to list “stock” prices on our site.

Do you have a catalog? 

Our website is our catalog.  By doing this,  we can keep our customers informed of the latest products, color changes or anything else you need to know as soon as it occurs.   Our website allows us to make immediate changes that would not be possible with printed catalogs.  It also allows us to keep costs down and pass these saving along to our customers.

Do you offer Pantone colors? 

On certain mat and rug styles, pantone colors are available.  There are additional fees for pantone colors on all but our inlaid rugs.  Your best value is to select your colors from the standard color charts, but when you do need an exact pantone color match,  just email us.  We will provide you with the cost for each custom pantone color needed. Pantone color pricing varies with the type of mat selected.  Some mat styles also have minimum sq. ft. requirements, but not all, so if you need pantone colors,  just let us know and we will email you with details and pricing. 

Do you send samples? 

Samples can be obtained for a nominal shipping/handling fee if you need one. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive samples.  Availability of sample types and sizes vary with each mat style & manufacturer.  Please let us know if you require any samples, and we will be glad to assist you.

Do you give large quantity discounts?

 

Although we offer discounts on as few as two logo mats, we specialize in large corporate orders and offer what we feel are the best quantity discounts in the industry!  The main breakdown points for obtaining quantity discounts are 2-10, 11-25, 26-100, 101-250, and 251-500 & 500-1000.  For orders over 1000 mats, please email for special discount pricing. Discount pricing varies with the type of logo mat selected.

Who is Universal Brands LLC? 

Universal Brands LLC is the name of our parent company.  FifthWallRugs.com and is a division of Universal Brands LLC and is also our custom logo mats retail website.   Fifth Wall Rugs has been in existence since May of 2001 and has continued to enjoy steady growth.  We are grateful to our loyal customers who have been the major factor in our continued success!

What is the average delivery time for your custom logo mats? 

The average time to ship your mats is approximately 2 weeks after receiving your signed art proof.   This can vary between manufacturers, type of mats, and quantity ordered from between 7 days to 4 weeks.  If you need your mats by a certain date, just let us know.  We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but it is generally best to make sure you place your order well enough in advance to allow for normal delivery times.

 What are your shipping costs? 

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the weight of the shipment.  Once we know what you plan to order and the shipping destination we can provide you with your exact shipping costs.

What are your return policies? 

All mats are guaranteed against manufacturing defects.  Although it is extremely rare, if you ever find a manufacturing defect in any mat just let us know within 10 days of receiving your product.  We will then email you a return authorization number so you can return it to the manufacturer for a refund or replacement.  Because of the custom nature of our products, no returns will be allowed for reasons other than manufacturing defects.

When is my credit card charged? 

When you send us the proof approval and place your order, we will charge your credit card and your order will be placed.  If you are paying by company check, all payments need to be received before your order can be shipped.
